My reminders aren't arriving

How do I back up my data?

Open Settings → Export backup. You'll get a JSON file that you can save to iCloud, email to yourself, or transfer to another device. You can also share the backup as a QR code to scan with another PillMe install.

Can I sync across devices?

PillMe has no cloud service, so there is no automatic sync. If you want your schedule on another device, export a backup on the first device and import it on the second.

How do I move to a new phone?

Install PillMe on the new phone. On the old phone, open Settings → Export backup and share the file to the new phone. On the new phone, open Settings → Import backup and pick the file.

I want to delete my data

Inside the app, delete medications individually, or simply uninstall PillMe — the entire app sandbox is removed and nothing is retained elsewhere.

I have a bug or feature request

Is PillMe free?

Yes — the core experience is free and always will be. Any future extras will be clearly optional.
